Once you click on accept quote you will automatically move to our payment procedure web pages. This is the outline of the way we operate financially.

 

Payment issues are the responsibility of our finance director. The sales department cannot help you. Once you place a job with us the payment issue must be addressed immediately to avoid unnecessary delay in your production schedule. Jobs will not progress until payment terms are agreed.

 

Job Value less than £1000

 

If your job has a value of less than £1000 it is company policy to request payment up front in full.

 

Job Value £1000 - £3000

 

If your job has a value of more than £1000 we will commence work on your behalf on receipt of a 50% deposit. The 50% balance is required to be paid once final proofs have been signed off.

 

Job Value more than £3000

 

Where the job value exceeds £3000 you may apply for account status. If this is your first order with us we will still request a 50% deposit in order to progress the contract. Account terms may be 7 days, 14days, 21 days or 30 days subject to the discretion of the financial director.
