All work is dispatched with the intention of arriving with the client as soon as possible.

We very, very rarely deliver a job beyond an estimated delivery date.

Please note that by the very nature of the industry we do not contract to deliver to a specific date or time. We make every effort to meet deadlines but if time is of the essence please choose another printer.

The most common reasons for late delivery are as follows:

Late Artwork: The client artwork arrives beyond the agreed submission date. Artwork Issues: No bleed, low resolution images, fonts not included etc in the client artwork. Correcting this takes time and causes delay. PDF Failure: Client attempts to save money creating their own PDF's. This has to be corrected by the client or our PDF Artwork Service and delay is incurred. Consider using our PDF Artwork Service. Payment Issues: The client fails to address the issue of payment and the job is held up whilst this is clarified. Variation to Contract: The job specification of the artwork provided differs to the quote requested. This means the job has to be requoted and can delay the production process as a new price has to be agreed before we can proceed.

The best way of ensuring that you receive a quality job to your desired delivery date is to pay attention to detail before you place the job.

Upload Files: If you have created your own PDF files then upload them without delay to our specification. If you want to use our PDF Artwork Service then upload your original files without delay and notify us of your intention. Sign Off Proofs: Ensure you do this promptly. Every hour you waste delays the start of production. Delivery Instructions: Make sure you have given clear delivery instructions, contacts, phone numbers etc.

Jobs are dispatched via the courier network and also contracted haulage companies.

Dispatch from our UK facilities is normally for delivery next working day.

European dispatch usually takes 3-5 days but it is wise to allow up 8 days for delivery unless otherwise notified.
